A solo studio in Pakistan. I design, build, and launch the whole thing myself - so every order, every customer, and every payment stays yours from day one.
No commission. No rented menu. No middleman.
I'm the founder and the only developer behind Volta Labs, working solo from Pakistan. Design, code, database, launch - every part of a build comes from one pair of hands, so nothing gets lost in a handoff and there's one person accountable for how it runs.
I work with restaurants and cafes only, and on purpose. Restaurant operations - live menus, kitchen queues, riders, loyalty - don't fit a generic e-commerce template. I'd rather build one thing that fits a restaurant properly than ten things that sort of fit anyone.
The goal is always the same: you own your ordering and your customer list outright, instead of renting both back from a delivery app.
One live client running the full system in production, and the ordering platform itself - shown end to end so you can see exactly what you'd be getting.
A real dessert shop in Sargodha - three branches, five years, 4.9★ on Foodpanda - still losing margin on every order and getting zero customer data back. I built them the ordering, loyalty, kitchen, and dispatch system that puts them back in control, all running off one live database they own.
One order flows through four connected surfaces in real time. A customer taps checkout and it's live in the kitchen, the rider's queue, and the manager's dashboard within the same second - no refreshing, no separate systems to reconcile by hand. This is the same system running for Harry & Sherry, shown here end to end as a walkthrough.
Full menu, cart, checkout, loyalty rewards, and live order tracking - placed → kitchen → out for delivery.
Live sales, staff roles, menu editing, and the rewards catalog - all editable with no code, whenever the owner wants.
Oldest-first queue where a ticket visibly ages the longer it sits - so nothing gets forgotten during a rush.
A rider claims a delivery and it locks to them - so two riders never turn up for the same order.
Things I built on my own to test ideas and show range - no paying client attached. Kept here on purpose, separate from the client work above.

A self-initiated storefront build for a bakery concept - menu, product pages, and checkout flow. Built to explore a lighter, retail-style ordering front end. Not a commissioned project.
Monthly plans - build, hosting, and ongoing support in one. Start with a website, or go straight to the full ordering system.
This isn't only about leaving a delivery platform. If you're just starting out, you can own your ordering and your customer list from day one - there's nothing to migrate, no commission habit to break, and every customer you get is yours to keep. Exact pricing depends on menu size and features; the numbers above are where builds start.
We talk through your menu, your current setup, and what you actually need. No cost, no obligation.
I build and test the whole system around your real menu, prices, and how your branches actually operate.
We go live. Customers order directly, payments land in your account, and you keep 100% of every order.
I keep it running - updates, fixes, menu changes, and new features - as part of the monthly plan.

Tell me about your restaurant and what you're running now. I'll walk you through what a build would look like - no obligation.
